Common questions
Is the $600 fee truly all-inclusive?
Yes. One flat fee covers the inspection, report, and one revision round.
No travel surcharges within the 5-county DFW service area. Rush delivery is available for an additional fee — call to discuss.
What properties qualify for the $600 SFR appraisal?
Single-family residences (detached) and townhomes in Tarrant, Dallas, Denton, Collin, and Kaufman counties.
Condos, 2–4 unit properties, and properties outside DFW may be quoted differently.
How does bank transfer (ACH) work at checkout?
When you click "Pay — Order Appraisal", Stripe's checkout page appears. Select "Bank transfer" as your payment method
and enter your routing/account number. Stripe processes it securely — it typically clears in 1–2 business days.
Your appraisal is scheduled once payment clears.
Do you accept payment from lenders or AMCs?
Yes — institutional clients are invoiced separately with net-15 terms.
This online payment page is designed for retail (homeowner) clients.

What if I need to cancel?
If you cancel before the inspection is conducted, a full refund is issued. After inspection, a partial
refund of $150 is available if the report has not yet been delivered. Call (817) 217-4375.
I'm ordering for a client — who receives the report?
Specify the intended user at checkout or in the confirmation email. Reports can be addressed to
lenders, attorneys, or the property owner — just note your preference after ordering.
