I grew up around real estate and got licensed as an appraiser in Texas. Since founding Motto Appraisal Service in 2019, I have completed over 2,000 residential appraisals across Dallas, Tarrant, Denton, Collin, and Kaufman counties.

Before this, I spent time in real estate investing — buying, analyzing, and learning how deals actually work from the inside. That background changes how I approach an appraisal. I am not just looking at square footage and recent sales. I understand what the lender needs, what the investor is underwriting, and what the number means downstream.

I work with homeowners preparing to list, investors underwriting DSCR deals, private lenders who need a defensible value, and attorneys handling divorce and estate matters. If the property is residential and in DFW, I can appraise it.
